About Marley Spoon:

  • Is Marley Spoon a subscription service?
    Marley Spoon is a flexible subscription, which means you can always select when you want delivery. You change frequency, number of portions, food choices and skip or pause the service in your account area. Notice period is six days before your chosen delivery day.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    The minimum box size for two people includes four portions and recipes can be ordered in multiples of two. For families, the minimum box size includes two meals for a family of four to five. Remember, all our ingredients stay fresh for up to four days!
  • Do you do breakfasts, lunches and desserts?
    We believe any leftovers make an excellent snack for the next day, but we don't have any breakfast or lunch options at the moment.
  • How can I contact Customer Service?

  • I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
    Log in from our homepage and select "forgot password?" From there you can reset your password, which we'll send to you via e-mail.
  • Is it possible to change my order after it has been placed?
    You can change your order up to six days before delivery. Simply visit your account area to do so.

Recipes and ingredients:

  • Where do you source your ingredients from?
    We work with carefully selected producers to guarantee the quality of our ingredients. We always opt for organic options where possible and our meat comes from ethical producers to ensure you're getting the best stuff out there. We also try to source most of our ingredients from within the UK unless there's a good reason not to.
  • Do you accommodate for specific diets or allergies?
    We work with an in-house nutritionist to provide a healthy and varied menu. We’ll always tell you exactly what you’re getting, but we’re unable to guarantee that produce has not come into contact with common allergens.
  • How long will the ingredients stay fresh after delivery?
    We ensure that your deliver stays cool for up to 30 hours whilst in transit using insulated packaging. When they arrive, these goods will need to be refrigerated and will last for four days.
  • When and how can I see the recipes for the following week?
    You can view the following two weeks' recipes on our website. As a member you will also receive weekly emails with the upcoming menu.
  • What ingredients do you send me?
    We'll send you everything you need to cook the recipes at home, apart from some kitchen basics like oil and salt. The recipe page online tells you what you need, and we'll send you a reminder once you've placed your order.

Delivery:

  • Where does Marley Spoon deliver?
    We deliver to most of England, Wales and Scotland, with the exception of some more remote regions. If you're worried about delivery in your area – give us a call!
  • When are the boxes delivered?
    We offer three delivery days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Within London, there are two time slots available for delivery (08:00-10:00 or 18:00-22:00). Outside of London, we offer the delivery slot 09:00-18:00. Our chilled box stays cool while you're out and about, and we'll always follow the delivery instructions you set when creating your account. If your delivery instructions can't be followed, the driver will leave your box in a safe place, so that it's waiting for you when you get home.
  • How are the ingredients kept fresh during transit?
    We use sheep's wool to keep the contents of our parcels cool. The parcels will never be on the road for longer than 24 hours, guaranteeing optimal freshness. We do everything possible to make sure your package arrives on time, but in order to ensure that your food stays fresh, we cannot deliver your order past your chosen delivery date.
  • Do I have to pay for delivery?
    Delivery is included in your purchase – no hidden costs!

Membership and boxes:

  • What boxes do you offer?
    We currently offer two options: a 2-person box and a family box. Both allow you to choose how many nights a week you'd like to cook with Marley Spoon.
  • What's the difference between the two boxes?
    The 2-person box is perfect for two adults. The family box is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, and offers recipes that are child friendly.
  • How can I switch boxes?
    Head to the “Settings" tab under "My Account" and select the “Edit Plan" button. Please note, this will not affect your current order. To change the plan on your current order, please contact customer care at contact@marleyspoon.co.uk.
  • What is a flexible subscription?
    A flexible subscription means you decide which weeks to receive Marley Spoon deliveries, and you only pay for what you receive. Visit your account area to switch weeks on and off. You can plan up to two months in advance!
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can easily do so in your account area under "My settings", but we'll be sad to see you go.
